JUTH SUBDUE SUPREME AT COURTYARD, WAITING TO DEVOUR FC LOKOJA

JUTH FC of Jos recorded its first draw in the on going National Professional league division1A when they held host, Supreme Court of Abuja to a 0-0 draw at Old Parade ground.

It was an explosive game where both side tried to record goals but could not.
Referee Ibraheem Ishiaku from Kogi state was in control of the game and was praised by JUTH officials for a good job though he denied them victory by not awarding a penalty to them when a Supreme court defender handled the ball in the 18 yard box.

The club Media Officer, Olusola Alao said "The officiating was okay. The man at the center tried his best and was in control of the game, if not for the penalty he failed to award for us when a Supreme court player handled the ball, we happy that we got a point at least".

Meanwhile, JUTH FC will this weekend play host to FC Lokoja in the last match of the first round of National league league division 1A.

He said "The draw in Abuja is a morale booster for the boys, they are well motivated and have promised to go all out against FC Lokoja, I am sure we will teach them football lesson, this is the first time we are playing in Jos since the sectarian crisis, and we want all football followers to come and cheer us to victory"
